  • Graph solution sets of one-variable inequalities.
  • Write one-variable inequalities.
  • Solve one-step linear inequalities by adding or subtracting a constant or variable term.
  • Solve one-step linear inequalities by multiplying or dividing, including inequalities with a negative coeffcient.
  • Write and solve multi-step linear inequalities in one variable by applying the distributive property and multiple transformations.
  • Identify inequalities with no real solution as having the solution of the empty set.
  • Define and graph the union or intersection of a pair of inequalities in one variable.
  • Write compound inequalities to represent a real-world situation.
  • Translate from a sentence about distance to an inequality with absolute values.
  • Solve and graph an open sentence involving absolute value.
  • Write, solve or graph inequalities in two variables in standard form or in slope-intercept form.
