Disclosure of Institutional (General Student Body) Graduation/Completion and Transfer-out Rates

The Community College of Baltimore County is pleased to provide following information regarding our institution’s graduation/completion and transfer-out rates. The information is provided in compliance with the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended. The rates reflect the graduation, completion and transfer-out status of studentswho enrolled during the 2003-2004 school year and for whom 150% of the normal time-to-completion has elapsed.

During the fall semester of 2003, 2,497 first-time, full-time, certificate or degree-seeking undergraduate students entered The Community College of Baltimore County. After 3 years (i.e., as of August 31, 2006), 10.2% of these students had graduated from our institution or completed their programs and 12.9% had transferred to other higher education institutions within the Maryland reporting system.
