The textbook uses Office 2000. You may use, however, Office XP or 2003.

Data Files

The files used in the textbook are available at www.course.com. Go to this site and select the Student Downloads button. Enter the ISBN number for the textbook and download the exe file. Run the exe file to unzip the data files to your computer.
