I have been teaching in the Computer Information Systems Department at CCBC Essex since August, 1999. Before that, I taught computer classes at Howard Community College, Montgomery College, and Baltimore City Community College. Prior to my teaching career, I had positions as a programmer and systems analyst.

I have a bachelors degree in education from Antioch College and a masters degree in administrative science from The Johns Hopkins University. I also have a certificate in information systems from Goucher College. Currently, I am completing a certificate in Educational Technology Leadership at the Goucher Institute of Graduate and Professional Studies.
