Hello and welcome to English 101 online!
I am excited to get to know each and every one of you this semester. Please take the time to look at my bio, the course syllabus, and other links on the side panel to acquaint yourself with my course and
the world of WebCt in general.
If you ever have any questions regarding the course content, technical issues, grade questions, or anything else you can think of, please email me at any time at mfreitag@ccbcmd.edu. I usually get back to you within 12 hours, although I officially say 24 hours to play it safe.
Before Registering
Use the menu to the left to:
- Review any course materials and academic prerequisites.
- Check the technical prerequisites for taking an on-line course at CCBC.
- Preview the on-line course materials to help you determine whether this on-line course meets your needs and suits your learning style.
- Take the distance learning assessment tool.
After Registering
- E-mail me immediately so that you can receive important course information.
- Attend the course orientation if possible. The orientation date, time and location will be announced later.
- For help in getting started in an online course for which you are registered, please check the Online Help Desk.
