There are a number of support resources available to CCBC online students. After logging in to your course, you will have access to contextual help for each part of your course by clicking on the Help link at the upper right hand corner of each page. Campus bookmarks on the right side of your MyWebCT/Bb page. These links provide access to the CCBC help desk, testing centers, libraries, online tutoring, the online bookstore, campus maps, etc. I will serve as the primary technical support person for technical problems that you cannot resolve by using the WebCTBB contextual help or the CCBC Online Help Desk. In a number of lessons there are flash tutorials. In many cases, there are several versions of the tutorial available which are designed to accommodate a variety of connection speeds and learning styles. For students with special needs, transcripts are available on request.
