To confirm that your browser is compatible with WebCTBB, you should login to your personal myWebCTBB page and use the Browser Checker link at the top of the page.

Plug ins can be downloaded from browser tune-up page which can be accessed using the Browser Checker link at the top of you personal myWebCTBB page.
