RE: COURSE ORIENTATION

Welcome to online courses for Fall 2003. I will be the professor for your course and I look forward to getting to know everyone. I will be sharing some basic information about the courses for all students. If I did not cover something that you are wondering about, please e-mail me and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Students should visit the public pages of the course to become familiar with the basic requirements. Students will be able to log into the course starting on September 3, 2003 (the official start date for Fall 2003 classes). If you have taken online courses with CCBC during the Spring 2003 semester, you should have received a User ID and password during that semester. This will be the same password and ID for this semester. If you have not taken courses before this semester, they will be generated for you and mailed to you by the college. Once students have received this information they will be able to log into the My WebCT site, but you will NOT be able to log into the course until September 3, 2003.

The syllabus, textbook, course schedule, and contact information are contained on the public pages on the syllabus link. In addition, students can get a head start on their assignments by completing the information found under the sample module. This is the second assignment that will be posted for the course.
