Multimedia Authoring I is the first course in the Internet & Multimedia Technology Program as well as a General Education course in the category of Emerging Technology.
Multimedia Authoring I is an introductory level computer course that surveys
the exciting and creative field of multimedia. In this course you will
learn about the major components of multimedia: text, graphics, audio,
animation and interaction. You will have the opportunity to become familiar
with several multimedia tools. By the time you have finished this course
you will have a basic knowledge of the vocabulary of multimedia and you
will have created three animated multimedia projects.
