Experience
Hello, my name is Nancy Harrer. I am looking forward to coaching you through this on-line course. Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.S.N in 1975. In 1995, I received my Masters of Science in Nursing with a Certificate as a Gerontological Nurse Specialist, also from the University of Maryland at Baltimore. I've been teaching nursing dosage for the last 17 years, as well as several medical-surgical nursing courses. I understand first hand how hectic your life can be trying to juggle family, school, and work, as I completed my Masters program while working full time and with 2 small children. I enjoy sailing, fishing and nature I also enjoy cooking and reading a good book. Hopefully, taking this class on-line will meet your needs and not add any additional stress to your life.
