TO FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT OF LEISURE RESOURCES!

This
course will provide each student with an indept look at the challenges facing
parks and recreation professionals and will provide examples of best practices
for meeting the challenge of doing more with less resources. Students will
have an opportunity to evaluate these practices against real time situations
facing parks and recreation administrators. The following pages will provide
the syllabus, course content, and links to interesting resources dealing
with financial management, volunteerism and much more. Participation is
key to successful passage of the course. Students are required to participate
in the discussion groups, posting of massage on the bulletin board and timely
submission of assignments. I look forward to working with you in this class.
