My name is Willa Brooks and I am professor and chair of the Recreation, Parks, and Tourism curriculum at the Catonsville Campus. I received my B.S. degree in Recreation Administration from the University of Maryland–College Park in 1971, my M.A. in Recreation Programming in 1977 also from UMCP, and my doctorate in Recreation and Leisure Education in 1989 from Temple University. I am a Maryland native from Silver Spring and love gardening, walking for pleasure, reading, and eating out at unusual restaurants. And, also, I am a real estate agent! WB
