Welcome to the new course, Women and Leisure. Here you will experience an awakening knowledge of the unique leisure occasions women have lived and experienced in America. From Victorian life to feminism, from frailty and minimum control over one's own body to reaching physical equality in sports, from "things ladies don't do" to "no holds barred" activity, the study of leisure for contemporary women will be an eye-opening experience!
