Stipend Requests

1. Development stipend.
Online faculty are entitled to a development stipend during the semester that a new course or section is listed in the schedule and runs.
Stipends for an original fully online course is $750. Stipends for clones or e-packs is $250. Stipends are given by the System Office
only for the first clone/e-pack and fully online course that is developed.

To receive the stipend, the course public pages must be accessible. Send an email to Tinnie A. Ward, tward@ccbcmd.edu,
or call (410) 780-6504, communicate the course or section information, the semester it ran and the online instructor's ssn.

Training stipend (Virtual Academy).
Upon completion of either Track I or Track II of the VA, attendees with faculty status are entitled to a one-time $750 training stipend.
For Track I participants, requests are automatically processed the week following the VA.
For Track II participants, to request the stipend, upon completion of the Online Pedagogy, WebCT and Dreamweaver modules, send an email to
Tinnie A. Ward, tward@ccbcmd.edu or call (410) 780-6504 to communicate the TLC or VA dates in which the modules were completed.
