Question: What support is available
after the Virtual Academy?
Answer:
There are several sources of support. Technical support is available
by contacting the Learning Support Specialist on your campus. If they
cannot answer your question, they will direct you to the appropriate
person.
Question: Who should I contact
if I have a question during the Virtual Academy?
Answer:
The course instructors are the people to contact during the course.
In this course, there are a myriad of communication opportunities, both
traditional and non-traditional. Within the course, e-mail, discussion
boards and chat are available. Among the more traditional tools, you
can use the phone or make an office visit. If you use email to contact
the instructors, you should use the email available within the course,
not their Outlook mail.
