The Virtual Academy Schedule for Winter ‘07

There are two ways to complete the Virtual Academy, Track I and Track II. Track I is the complete January program. Track II allows you to complete the Virtual Academy objectives with a combination of Virtual Academy modules and TLC offerings. We strongly recommend Track I, given the flexibility of online learning and the benefits of completing the course in one seamless package.

Track I – January 5 - 26, 2007
• Friday, January 5: Pedagogy Day 1, Face-to-Face
• January 6 through 11: Pedagogy, online work
• Friday, January 12: last day Pedagogy and first day Dreamweaver, Face-to-Face
• January 13 through 18: Dreamweaver, online work
• Friday, January 19: last day Dreamweaver and first day WebCT, Face-to-Face
• January 20 through 25: WebCT, online work
• Friday, January 26: last day WebCT, Face-to-Face

Track II
• Online Pedagogy: Virtual Academy January 5-26 only
• Dreamweaver: future Virtual Academy or
TLC Spring '07 (1.5 hrs/wk for 10 weeks)
• WebCT future Virtual Academy or
special sessions to be offered in spring and summer 2007
