Welcome to the Learning/Teaching Excellence Center Web Page. The Center coordinates much of the professional development on the Essex campus and works with the system-level Professional Development Committee. Follow the links to the left for more on-line information or contact us directly via the Feedback link.

The Center offers a number of workshops each semester and hosts TLC2 and TTI courses. Envisioning Essex as a true community of learners, the Center provides activities that are open to all faculty and staff members. These activities encompass the pedagogical, technological and personally enriching. The Center also makes laptop computers and data projectors available to staff members for professional projects and provides a number of on-line resources to enhance your and your students' learning experiences.
