I also dj, dropping just about anything that sounds spiffy. Mainly house, breaks, techno and dnb, and well...just about everything. Where have ya come from? What have ya done? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I've used to make Amiga mods on my mac computer when i first found out about them in fifth grade. By sixth grade, i could actually tell you the differ- ence between jungle, and gabber, but not how the civil war ended. This is really where my name comes from. By about junior year of high school, i finally took the initiative to bring my music to the world. Oddly enough, the world consisted of punk shows and house concerts. I had a lil following of friends. In 1999, i went purchased my first cd deck. Took my little skills to the random little conventions that would let me play. (yeah i'm a big nerd). Since then i've spun just about anywhere i could. Houses, basements, bathrooms, a college visit or two, hotel lobbies and rooms, hallways, backyards, bars, a gas station, car wash and a hangar. Thrown a handful of parties, proving that there is still a "scene", it just takes a bunch of motivated individuals to do it. Met a ton of really nice and chill people in the process who without, these would have not been possible. My sound is kinda like a sunny-blue-skies uplifting funky take on house. I play a little bit of everything, but its generally the happy fun kinda stuff. Why is this a friggin' text file? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ At some point i came to realize that most djs pages were fraught with point- less Flash, cruddy design and rather indirect to the info that most people want- ed to know. You'd be just wanting to see when some dude plays, and instead be bombarded by some generic house loop and him posturing with half-toned sunglasses, and just to find out his full site is "COMING SOON" or hasn't been updated in like 2 years. I can keep this updated real easy like, and you can read it without being strained.
