SCF Lecture

Here is the code I have written on the project so far based on my conversation with Dr. Karne. It consists only of the basic class definition and implementation files. I have only provided empty stubs for all the the method implementations. I just wanted to give an idea of how we should organize things. Email me if you have any suggestions. The code does compile, but gives two warnings since I have no real HANDLE variables to pass back yet.
