Calculate:

Gross Pay – Hours Worked Times Rate of Pay

Overtime Note:

If Hours Worked is greater than 40,

Hours in excess of 40 are paid at time and half. (Rate of Pay * 1.5)

Example:

Employee #1011 works 35 hours @ a rate of 20/hour = 700.00

Same @ 40 hours = 800.00

Same @ 42 hours = 860.00 : (40 @ 20 -> 800) plus (2 @ 30 -> 60)

Output:

Gross Pay
