Accomplishments and Achievements
- We have been involved in over 200 curriculum development projects and initiatives, spanning a wide variety of career clusters.
- We have been invloved in several state-level initiaatives to bring licensing and certification regulations more in line with industry expectations (9-1-1 emergency personnel, cosmetologists, physician's X-ray assistant)
- We have trained over 350 people in the planning & facilitation of DACUM workshops and services.
- The DRC has worked directly and indirectly with economic development agencies in Maryland and other states. We have redesigned apprenticeship programs, developed customized training programs to support local industry and government economic development projects, and faciliated focus group sessions for economic development studies.
- Currently involved in a number of projects centered on exploring and responding to the needs of the workforce for multi-skilled workers. We are working on projects in allied health, high performance manufacturing, chemical process operators and pay-for-skills/pay-for-performance programs.

We have been actively involved in educational reform,economic development and workforce preparation projects at the local, state and national levels. We value participation, collaboration and cooperation, and we have designed our services to both include and take advantage of these qualities.
