Strategic Planning & Alliance

Our strategic planning and alliance building services also emphasize participation and collaboration among key stakeholders. Using curriculum development and improvement as a springboard, we have worked with a variety of organizations to help them build or enhance interactive alliances that will sustain the longer-term commitments needed to insure meaningful educational and curricular reform. We have provided environmental scanning, forcasting and strategic planning consultation and facilitation services to over forty 2-year and 4-year colleges.

The DRC Ssff is also trained in Facilitative Leadership, and we apply those skills and techniques in our relationships and interactions with our customers.
