Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Air Force flying with the Air National Guard 193rd Special Operations Wing
Author of several popular aviation books -- Aircraft Leasing, Importing and Exporting Aircraft, and Mountain Flying
Employed by the Aircraft Owners & Pilots Association (AOPA) in the Aviation Technical Services Division (1992-1996)
Prof. Williams is the faculty advisor for the CCBC Aviation Club
