This organization provides free services to students and members of the community seeking to start their own small business. Assistance with business planning, marketing, site location, accounting are services available to the client.

Coordinator, Real Estate Education Program

The college offers several real estate courses for college credit. This courses include, Principles of Real Estate, required for Maryland Sales Agent Exam; principles of Real Estate Appraisal, required for Maryland Appraisal Exam, and Title and Settlement practices.
